Due to serious problems with the neighbors we have to apply this condition and we will not accept such kind of travellers at their arrival. Taxi shuttle transfer von the airport from 27 EUROs or train station 18 EUROs. Booking für New Years Eve only for at least 7 overnight stays!!! For top terms New Years Eve and Easter owner requires 50 % non refundable deposit in advance. Children up 6 years are free of charge, max. 2 child for booking Guarded car park 25 EURO for day in walking distance!!!
